This website will keep you up to date with the work being undertaken on the “Quantum Reality as the Sum of All Constraints” project in the Department of Physics at Loughborough University.

The project aims to make use of quantum metamaterials as a test bed for novel ideas and experiments relating to the foundations of the theory of quantum mechanics.

This work is funded by the John Templeton Foundation and is one of many projects funded by the Foundation that are trying to shed new light on some of the big questions about quantum physics and the nature of reality.
